Safe Site Program |
|
|
To
ensure the safety and well-being of every team member, EEI has
established the Safe Site Program. Safe Site is a comprehensive plan
that enables each member to benefit from an ongoing "culture of safety"
in the workplace. With our Safe Site Program and the continued direction
of the Executive Safety Committee, our clients can be assured that
projects are completed without injury and in full compliance with all
OSHA standards. |
|

Through training and practice, all EEI Team members are safety
coordinators within their own job specialties. Our safety record is
exemplary.

EEI Safety Department
EEI’s Safety Department is responsible for our Safety and Loss Control
Program in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and
regulations. Its mission is to prevent, minimize, and correct accident
and injury producing conditions throughout all EEI Divisions. Through
newsletters, meetings, inspections, incentive programs, and the
management team of each division, the Safety Department helps inform our
employees of correct safety procedures and motivates them to make proper
use of this information.
|
|
|
By developing programs directed at helping
personnel execute their work in a safe manner, and by completing
regularly scheduled inspections to determine whether unsafe practices or
conditions exist, the department serves a vital function. |
|
|
The Safety Department also administers EEI
Holding Corporation’s worker compensation program. It handles the proper
filing of paperwork related to worker’s compensation claims and acts as
a liaison between any injured employee and EEI’s worker’s compensation
insurance carrier. |
